There are many different types of traumas that exist. If you have experienced traumas, we can process how this has impacted you, if you are open to this approach. Or we can explore other approaches you feel supported by, and target the intrusive thoughts. Trauma can also include generational, ancestral, and trauma from coming out.
Sometimes it can feel like there are monsters in and outside of the mind. At times, it may feel like you are walking on eggshells in your own head. It can be hard to stay motivated when monster's are constantly breathing down your back. While it can feel like you are defeated by them, we can go into battle together to unpack these monsters. We can start navigating how to find the best tools to start attacking these monsters with.
The "T" in LGBTQ is often overlooked, the most discriminated against, and members who identify are often harassed for being their authentic self.
